And here's something agents sometimes forget:
Your prospect doesn't have to see your flyer.
Someone who sees your flyer may know your prospect.
That person might be a son, daughter, spouse, friend, neighbor, or coworker of someone who needs your help.
You aren't just marketing to the person standing in front of the flyer.
You're marketing to their network.
